Ralph Ceballos is the Technology Coordinator for the School of Journalism and Mass Communication.  He has been employed with the school since November, 2001. Ralph holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Texas State Technical College, a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences degree from Southwest Texas State University, and a Master of Education degree from Texas State University-San Marcos.
